@turkeyboi6448 static stretching and also using weights is not warm up, warm is anything to get your heart rate up to increase blood circulation in your body such running, what will happen if you if you don't warm up go straight into stretch (static) you can pull or tear a muscle because your body is not warm and also weights if too heavy can also cause injuries. And yes I liked my comment again because I can 🙃
