Is it possible to fix 100% mild scoliosis?

🤔 If you can mobilise each pair of intervertebral joints, and use attentive movement practice (including during deep inhale, exhale, and breath holding with each), to address the structural integrity of the spine, and use the concept of structural integration (Ida Rolf - Rolfing, Thomas Myers - Anatomy Trains) to balance the body using fascial release, and fascial lengthening techniques... why not? It is also a 'must' that diaphragm and psoas muscles need sufficient strength through length. If you mean pain-free, full range of movement and functional strength when you say "fix it", then I know its possible, including after bulging discs that have compressed nerve roots causing pain to the foot. But success will take long term dedication, confidence in knowing what your body needs, some tolerating of high levels of discomfort to address stiff joints and restricted deep fascial tissue, attention to alignment and integration of body parts - improved holding and moving, as well nutritional or rest deficits, and hydration... in my opinion a skilled manual therapist may be required to assist 😏
