I didn't use alaram in my life.. But i will automatically awake between 3 and 5 After I take bath go to poojaroom and lit oil lamp do arathi ans pray For 1 2 hour s .So Iam so energetic through out that day.. Whole day

@@Taffy-ew2le only by the blessings of great God due to the poverty I couldn't sleep well in my early ages poverty always disturbed me in sleep ...from my college days itself i used to get up 3 4 am and start studying iam not slepping fully ..every pin falling noice i can understand easily in my sleep.. now also iam following my sleeping habit as before iam a home maker teacher . ..iam so healthy 💪💪💪no health problems..early morning get up take bath go to the pooja room ..doing prayer 🙏🙏🙏...that power help me to get up early . Really God will not allow me to sleep after 3 am ..
