1 tbsp Rock Sugar
½ tbsp Honey
10 Dried Plums (話梅)
300mL Water
➡️ Tomato Rice
1 Large & Ripe Tomato
2 rice cups Rice (1.5 regular cups)
Water
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper

2 Medium Tomatoes
3 Eggs
Oil
Noodles
Chicken Broth/Water
½ tsp Sugar
½ tsp White Pepper
1 tsp Sesame Oil
Salt to taste

250g Beef
2 tsp Soy
1 tsp Shaoxing Wine
1 ½ tsp Oil and more for sealing
