Preparation:

If you Boil the Eggs & keep it ready, it will take only 10 mins to prepare this dish. This can be served as a good Evening snack or as a starter dish.
First Make Boiled Eggs, remove the shells & keep it ready. Wipe the water on the Eggs surface completely.
Make Some Pores on the Eggs using a Fork or tooth picks, this will avoid the bursting of Bondas while frying in oil. You can some cuts using knife too.
In a mixing bowl, add 6 tbsp Besan powder, 2 tbsp rice flour, 1 tbsp Maida. If you like to skip maida add 1 tbsp rice flour extra.
Add salt,1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp Asafoetida,pinch of Baking Soda.Adding Baking soda is optional only.I have used Kashmiri chilli powder to get nice colour.
Mix it initially without adding any water, the add water step by step to get a batter. Batter should be slightly thick then only it will stick to egg.
Once the Batter is ready, dip the Eggs in the batter & fry it in the hot oil. Maintain medium flame throughout.
Use the Fork to dip the Egg in batter & dropping in oil, this will allow the Batter to coat evenly in the egg & safe for hands while dropping it in oil. Remove it using spoon.
I have used the Whole egg for making the bonda, you can also cut them into 2 pieces & make it.
This will go well with Coconut chutney.Instead of buying this from shop you can make it easily at home.
