@@AlgosWithMichael What would you suggest to a beginner? What can I learn?
@AlgosWithMichael
4 жыл бұрын
I would say try to automate a repetitive task that you do alot. This is a good project because typically this won't take too long to make and you will see great benefit from it! Don't worry about the exact tech stack, just make sure you are interested in what you are building.

The only projects that I feel really motivated to do are games, but they aren't extremely complex to do, Stardew Valley took 4 years to get done.

Hey Michael, great video. How do you come up with ideas? and how do you motivate yourself?

The ideas are really just things that I have an interest in. In terms of motivation, at the time when I was creating all of these projects my motivation was getting my first job haha

Building out an API with different CRUD operations using a database of your choice is a great place to start. This type of work is prevalent for 99% of backend engineering jobs.

How did you learn to make videos like this ? Are you recording your computer screen and then adding your voice on top?
@AlgosWithMichael
2 жыл бұрын
It has taken a lot of practice honestly lol. If you look at my newer videos, my sound quality and conciseness has improved. I usually will just record my voice and the screen together that way I don't have to sync it up later.
