#2, “So what?” Absolutely love this point. My dad was severely abusive when I grew up. So what? We were dirt poor. So what? I was severely depressed as a teenager. So what? I witnessed awful things on combat deployment as an adult. So what? Neither the universe, nor society, is going to reward me for the unfortunate things that happened in my past. I have learned to let go of the anchors of my past in order to get on with my life. Clinging to those anchors will only drag me to the bottom. No one is coming to save us just because we’re complaining the loudest.

#2. Stop Whining. This is what I personally find wrong with the modern approach to things like anxiety and stress. Most of the time I see people sit and complain for hours, video after video, song after song, blog after blog, about all the things that went wrong in their life. And while one should always make space for that in order to heal, when it becomes *all you do, that's when it starts to snowball into this perpetual victim mentality. We need to go back to learning how to roll with some punches and handling our business. From my experience, constantly complaining keeps attracting that kind of energy, and you keep manifesting things to complain about. Sometimes it is better to leave things in the past and instead do what you need to do to make a better life for yourself. To me, that's far more empowering because you're claiming full control over your life.

The point of being focused is hard to measure. After graduating college, I gained some SERIOUS weight. I started to work out and YES attempted shortcuts. Sometimes injured myself and was convinced that I had to do meticulous work to consistently improve. I’m only 3 years in, haven’t slowed down, the opposite if anything. Gained speed little by little, but I am afraid of one day losing focus. What are the signs of someone beginning to lose focus? So that we may avoid it from happening.

They often dont care about skin care and when get these recommendations they are often over priced product with very basic ingredients, you can find all of these for less than half the price. Double cleansing ? Exfoliating? Thats soo dangerous!! You can seriously damage your skin if you exfoliate every day let alone twice a day. Please guys dont to this ! Applying retinol close to the eyes can be very drying, if you are not used to using actives it can irritate and even peel your skin ! You need to use spf if you use retinols and it has to be better than spf 10. Using Salicylic acid and retinol twice a day every day plus Exfoliating its a recepie for disaster! High value definitely should include character! Most women will never be (Kevin S's) definition of "high value" either. Most women aren't a 9 or a 10 in the face and body, with no kids and a perfect past. It's not a realistic standard for most people. And that is perfectly ok. Most people have trade offs about them. This also explains why most "high value" people are so incredibly shallow and have the personality of a door knob. They can keep their exclusivity, I would rather live in the real world.
