Hello and welcome back! In today’s video, I’m excited to share five tasty recipes that I personally enjoy making. Among them, you’ll find two sweet creations and three savory dishes. I hope these recipes spark some inspiration for your own cooking.

Ingredients for the recipes👇🏻
Cookie dough Biscoff baked oats (1 person):
1 dl oat flour
1 dl coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
Dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp Biscoff spread
1/2 ripe banana
Sprinkle of desiccated coconut

Fried rice with veggies and peanut butter sauce (2-3 people):
2 dl rice, cooked
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
3 spring onions
Small piece of ginger
1 red chili or 1-2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp red curry paste
100 g corn
100 g green beans
150 g broccoli
Sauce:
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
High protein bliss balls (9 balls):
1 can of red kidney beans or black beans
1 scoop protein powder of choice
1 1/2 dl soft dates
1/2 dl oat flour
2 tbsp nut butter of choice
4 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp salt
40 g chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
Whole roasted cauliflower by Fitgreenmind (2-3 people):
1 small cauliflower
Coating:
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp each of paprika powder and cumin
1/2 tsp each of chili and garlic powder
Sauce:
4 tbsp tahini
2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp shiracha
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp salt
