Sauce ingredients (English)
For these sauces use canned chickpeas or home-cooked chickpeas.
Sauce 1: garlic hummus
1 cup of hummus (180g), 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbsp of mayonnaise (you can replace with plain yogurt, or white cheese), 2 tbsp water, salt, pepper, cumin
Blend until you get a smooth mixture
Sauce 2: Cheese hummus
1 cup of hummus (180g), 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbsp of white cheese, 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp of grated cheddar cheese ( or cheese of your choice), 2 tbsp of parsley, 3 to 4 tbsp of water, salt, pepper
Blend until you get a smooth mixture
Sauce 3: Carrot Hummus
1 cup of hummus (180g), 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbsp of white cheese, 1 tbsp of plain yogurt, 1 grated carrot, 1 pickle, 2 tbsp of water, salt, pepper
Blend until you get a smooth mixture
Sauce 4: Avocado Hummus
1 cup of hummus (180g), 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp of plain yogurt, 1/4 avocado, 2 tbsp of water, salt, pepper
Blend until you get a smooth mixture
Sauce 5: Pepper Hummus
1 cup of hummus (180g), 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1/2 grilled red pepper, 1 tsp of hot sauce, 1 tbsp water, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika
