One of your best videos Matt! It really helps me understand why my system works like it works and what can be improved. I have most trouble with time tracking, I have always wanted to do it but never been able to find a way it works for me. Also, what are your thoughts regarding energy levels? Are they a part of the mindset?

Nice concepts and it's really interesting to see how they all work together, and the synergy between them. For tasks management, i like to split every task in sub-tasks, so they looks easily achievable. It goes with your concept of small steps. And for time management, i like to use retroplanning : i set a date for the main goal and then go back in time to set tasks needed to achieve the goal. It gives a clear vision for the different millestones.

Hey Matt, love the content. It’s helped me a lot throughout the past few months ever since I found it. It even lead me to Jocko Willink’s Podcasts and books. I noticed you have what appears to be a “Get After It” block of some sort on your shelf. Where did you get it?
