Okay, one thing I will say you overlooked: With getting rid off caffeine, bulk buy caffeine tablets from a reputable source, will last you a year or more and costs about 2c per 100mg (slightly above a cup of coffee). If you are so desperate to save money you have to save the 2c a day, I think there are bigger things to worry about. This a GREAT option for people that really struggle to kick the habit or just enjoy caffeine too much, it practically cuts the cost to zero and cuts the time each day it takes to have the caffeine to zero.

Planing meals is the best way not only to save money but also to stay fit and healthier. Personally I enjoy cooking so for me is easier to plan my meals for the week. Meal planning also saves time and helps you beat those drive-thru (if you have a car) and snack machine temptations. As you meal plan, think about your crazy busy nights ahead of time and put healthy quick-prep dinners on your grocery list. Also, keep some nonperishable snacks in your bag and at work to keep the munchies under control. ☺

It’s true about the car , it saved me a lot until I moved to a city in which you can’t do anything without it. Meal planning helps TONS. We waste so much on food when we don’t plan. I used to live on $500 a month, rent and food included. Rice and beans, eggs, oatmeal, bananas, peanut butter, pasta, frozen veggies.

Great investment is in sealed tupperwares and a big pot (with a thick stainless steal base, cooking up your food on a free day, for a weeks worth of food, breakfast, lunch and supper (optional). Hope this is helpful.

One of the biggest ways to save money on food is to utilize grocery pickup apps. I’ve always planned my meals, but I almost always impulse bought snacks and other items. Grocery pickup has prevented that impulse and saved me 40% on my average grocery bill!

If you mix your meats like beef and chicken with lentils and beans in stews, you can stretch your food budget. My mother-in-law said her parents fed a family of 5-12 with 2 sheeps and a few chickens each year by cooking stews and spreading it over rice or noodles

Good advice. I only have debit card. Just to used it for travelling. Like buying flight ticket and book hotel. And some occasional online shopping. Planning meal is very good. Then you will plan your groceries shopping according that week meal. I am minimilist before there was the term minimilist exists.and last but not least, I don't get addicted to anything. Maybe bcz my taste bud changes... So I am safe there.

I agree that vehicles are a huge expense. Just had a $600 insurance bill come in last week, $758 for new tires today, and now a $600-$800 repair I have to do as soon as possible. What a blow to the savings account.

I agree with most of these points however caffeine is the one thing that keeps me going and I am more productive with it than without it. Get a keurig, never go to Starbucks. Also I am a huge credit card fan. Never carry a balance!

Quitting caffeine was definitely hard but worth it for sure I saved around 30$ a month and cutting food costs saved me 50$ a month. Great video ! Now I can contribute it to my Roth IRA

It sounds stupid but for some reason before this pandemic no matter how hard I tried I could never stop myself from buying a coffee each day. I didn’t crave caffeine, but I needed the ritual of buying a coffee on the way to work each morning. I also just enjoyed the flavor of the specific coffee I bought. Since COVID happened I have been working at home for months and haven’t bought a coffee since. Probably saved a minimum of $25-30 a week on coffee. Also boba teas! They cost $6-7 each, you can make them at home for pennies!

The major challenges investors face may range from controlling impulsiveness to the frail of compulsion. Most newbies and would-be investors often undermine and most often neglect the importance of technical analysis with regards to trading. Technical analysis overly predicts the movement of asset prices regardless of what is happening in the wider or broader market. Essentially, the process involves studying the paths of a particular asset movement in the past so as to establish a sustainable pattern that can be used to predict future movements. Permit me to say that Mr Sam.j Avi is an expert Trader without flaws, the very best. leave her a message on + 1 2 0 6 3 1 7 7 2 8 8

I'd love to see cooking videos of some of your budget recipes. Just to say though I am also glad you posted cooking videos last year before you learned to cook - it proves that it's possible to learn new skills and you still managed to feed yourself nutritious food even before improving your cooking skills. Which is encouraging!

Everything makes good sense. 1. Planning your meals. 2. Avoid addictive substances such as caffeine 3. Be a minimalist Use the 30-day rule … make sure the purchase is right. 4. Take advantage of the 401 k. (I don’t know anything about this) 5. Get rid of credit cards

People cannot stop ✋ spending. The best way to learn discipline is by practicing discipline. Lower spending and put that onto debt. Continue rolling over payment after each debt is paid. I’m living proof that discipline works. A debt free life enables you to invest. I show how to calculate numbers before buying properties. But discipline is the 🔑 to your success. Great 👍 vid Nate! Come over and let’s talk!

I use credit card but I know I am disciplined. In the uk, using a credit card boosts your credit score ONLY if you pay it off in full each month. Added bonus is that I earn points which earns me money. After all, I only use it for things I would have bought anyway.
