Girl, I don't know what it is. I saw one of your ig stories about starting healthy in October and it gave me an epiphany. I said f*ck it I'm never going to find time for myself and started waking up 5 am everyday since to go to the gym. I am on my 13th day. 🤣 So, thank you! Also, #2, how do you get the hubs to organize when he comes from a family that's totally opposite of that? 😅 Happy Monday and have a stress less week! 🙂

Yes yes yes girl!!! So happy and proud of you! Do it for yourself and no one else! I think communicate is a big thing..let him know you need help organizing…when your house is clean and organized you guys will both feel good and more focus! Don’t stress relax and have a beautiful week!

Sleep absolutely needs and having a good sleeping routine could make a big difference on us, and exercise too cause it release some of our stress too and makes us fit! Thank you for sharing!❤️
