I set up hurdles with my athletes when we work on this. Jump over first then as wide as athlete can go laterally and then jump forward again and then meeting back in the middle with both feet with a max effort broad jump. After a couple of sessions add a med or slam ball 6-8 lbs and form there increase the height of the hurdles, the distance apart and weight. Witnessed one of my guys hit 1 dribble from 3 point line with a left right euro with a dunk off his non dominant leg. I always wondered why I haven’t seen more work on this outside of the skills side. I preach to my guys you can add at least 1 foot or 2 when can mean 4 more feet of distance on the euro. Allowing the guards to cover a greater distance moving them from that shot blocker threat. The goal being to start from one side of the hoop finishing on the other. Best of luck
