Thank you Peter. Got quite a bit of theory behind me and tools for soloing but the timing and groove are the biggest hurdle for me. Although you haven't been focusing on the passing chord tones for obvious reasons, there seems to have been good timing and groove that you displayed. Love this back - to-basics lesson. Warm regards to you from Wisconsin! I think the groove and timing is the hardest part for most people. Most of us are guilty of just running scales up and down. That’s why I like the single string exercise. Thank you for watching 😊

@@PeterPlaysGuitar you’re welcome. In the future you could show where those notes align in the scale position, and how they overlap into adjacent positions. That will help people see an expanded view of what you’re doing. In my opinion.
