I've just started watching your channel and I'm enjoying it so far. I retired at Christmas and my morning routine is similar to yours. I always got up at 5 o'clock when I was working and did a youtube challenge video. I still do thse now but I get up naturally at about 7 o'clock. Like you I've always made my bed first thing in the morning. I do it after exercise so the bed has time to air. Good luck with your channel, I think you'll do well

Hi Rhian, I'm a young at heart 71 year old. Loves keeping fit, I have practiced Hatha Yoga for over 40 years. I also do QiGung which is part of TaiChi. I'm only five foot tall so love to see you in your outfits.
