journaling heals me , it allows me to be a vessel to the most high, I express what comes to me on paper and it, bc my mind can only hold so much, really showed me what I actually want , how my thoughts equal the external world , and it just made it easier to respond and not react 🙏🏼 thank u

I have an early morning routine: Meditate (10 min) Silence (5 min) Visualizate (10 min) Affirmate (10 min) Then Yoga (it depends on the day it is) Journaling (10 min) -I usually answer these questions: 1. Who do I want to be today? 2. How do I want to feel today? 3. What do I want to give today? 4. What do I want to receive today? 5. How can I show love for myself today? 6. Today I'm grateful for 7. 3 things I love/like from myself 🤸🏻♀️

We can add in our journals about manifestation like here are some questions you could ask yourself - What were your favourite things about today? What are some ways you can have a better day tomorrow? What do you really want to manifest in your life? Write your biggest priorities At the end of the day we can write about what are the things we are grateful for. the more grateful we feel the more we attract and feel abundant in our lives.

Wow audio journaling... what a GREAT idea! I process through speaking and this is just so PERFECT ... I used to journal ALL the Time, but I kindof overwhelmed myself with what was coming out and I wasn't prepared to process. I got the artists way a while ago, and have really enjoyed morning pages. I eat insanely healthy, but I'm still very affected by what I eat, and recently decided I should start a food journal. Really awesome advice here🙏

YES! My first KZitem video was about why you should start a video journal, and all the benefits I have reaped since, so it was really nourishing and special to hear you talk about it here too. I find that having both a written and visual journal practice can be so healing because you access a double layer to situations in your life. What we think we don't always express in the spoken word, and vice versa. With love from London

So good Hindz. The Letter concept changed my life! took a healing class and a very expensive one at that, required me to write a letter to all the people who’ve hurt me and burn it after. Got to my ex who I was going to marry at the time and well let’s just say I wrote the letter and never looked back. If it’s agonizing to even put on paper GET THE HEALING! We need our best selves more than ever XO!❤️🔥

But since there is so many I've started keeping a tea review journal and it's been very fun and forced me to try tea I otherwise never would have

My journal is for my moments of the day. Something beautiful that I witnessed or learned and that I can look back to to remember how beautiful life is. I also purge myself of less happy thoughts. It feels therapeutic. I rather do it all in the same journal because I see those like a season in my life. When one is completed, I have a physical testament of what my life was for a period in time. The good like the bad.

I’ve recently started using different journaling methods (writing, drawing, audio, video, etc) and I guarantee it takes the pressure off to be perfect. I don’t care if I don’t sound eloquent or make any sense whatsoever, it’s a release method. I’d rather release to myself instead of trauma dumping to someone else. I use a notes app (recommend notability or good notes) and I promise it’s worth it.

I think when it comes to Journaling for the 1st time is try different forms of writing on paper. It doesn’t have to make sense as to what you’re writing in the beginning. For instance: Just start writing things at random. What comes to mind. Date your entries or not, write goals, write down quotes, make a list of things to do. People get to hung up on things “It has to be done a certain way” & get discouraged. Just put words or pictures on paper. KZitem has plenty of examples of How To start & expectation from these videos can make it hard or over thought of. Start with cheap notebooks. If you don’t like how your entries came out at least you didn’t spend $10 or more on these nicer craftsmanship notebooks. Get yourself those 3 for a dollar pocket notebooks or 1 for a dollar notebooks or regular size book. Once you figured out how you want to write spend the money on a better crafted notebook.

Wow didn't know audio journaling was a thing... I tried writing in a journal but got stuck and ended up not using it. Lately I have been fooling around bored in my car during my work lunch break and started recording a daily voice note on my phone talking to myself, saying utter nonsense I wouldn't dare speak to anyone else about. It has helped me so much in opening my throat chakra and I feel more open to expressing myself vocally. And I can hear my emotions when I listen back to the recordings.

Morning pages, we’re a wonderful way to get in touch with my needs or wants or intentions and angers and emotions I needed to feel more. Writing to my future self sounds like an exciting practice. Getting a chance to comfort or present self and express gratitude for the future , etc. Food journaling, sleep journaling, activity journaling sounds like a great way to come up for air. I was feeling that my journaling was becoming to self reflective with no reprieve. I’m looking forward to picking up this practice. Thankx Hindz. Writing a letter!
