Hey Samantha! Just sending you some love 🥰 Great video! I got my CJO back in September 2023 and your videos have helped me a lot! I will be going to training with a major airline. I though you work for one of the big 3 based on your uniform. Your video was very informative. Thanks!

Hey Samantha, your videos have been VERY helpful. Could I possibly DM you regarding Mainline vs Regional? I have cjos at both, and the regional is for the airline I think you work for?

I love your videos. I have just started exploring FA as a career choice. I have worked customer service for many years, love to travel, love to treat people with kindness but I am introverted.. is it possible to be a FA when you’re introverted? I am warm, smiley and friendly but I don’t see myself cracking jokes or being the life of the party! What do you think?
@flywsamantha

Absolutely! It may not seem like it because I have this KZitem channel, but I am actually an introvert myself! You don’t need to be the life of the party to be a FA, you just need to know how to be friendly and welcoming to people while at work. It takes all kinds of kinds of kinds to run a good operation and airlines know this. They want a healthy mix of personalities because it brings different strengths to the table when needed. You sound like a perfect fit! 🙂

Are you allowed to have tattoos as a flight attendant? At the job interview, does the interviewer ask you to remove your pantyhose to check to see if you have scars/tattoos on your legs?
@flywsamantha
7 ай бұрын
They do not physically check for tattoos. They will ask if you have them, and ask that you keep them covered while in uniform. They don’t care about scars. It may be different for airlines outside of the US though.

Hey friend! I was wondering if u could possibly help a girl out if u can! I just went for my second f2f for AA and didn't get it. I followed every step of your "how to get a CJO video" and still didn't get it and I'm heartbroken. Just wondering if u could maybe shed some light. Thank you and great vid!

I’m sorry. I hate to hear that 😞 I think you can do everything right & still not get the job, and there is really no explanation, other than maybe the interviewers preference. I’ve interviewed with some amazing people who didn’t end up getting hired & I wasn’t sure why. All I can say is don’t give up, your time will come 🫶🏼 If you want to message me on IG to share more thoughts & details, I can try to help you figure out what to change next time ➡️ @heysamanthalouise

Part one is absolutely not correct whatsoever, as a matter of fact it pays more than most of the jobs out there
@flywsamantha

For some airlines the starting pay is around $25-30/hr. That sounds pretty good, but when you are only guaranteed 75-80hrs a month, it doesn’t add up to much. Especially considering how many hours you spend away from home. It’s important for people to understand that reality. It’s not a 40hr/week job and there are a lot of factors that can impact the pay.
