This is absolutely true. I went from going through a divorce 11 years ago to eventually meeting an amazing gorgeous woman, getting married on a harmonious relationship and living in paradise. Change your thoughts, change your life!

5 things NOT to do in the morning: - Think negative thoughts - Think about what could go wrong with the things you have to do for the day - Start your morning without a purpose - Forget to be grateful - Ignore your inspired actions

I once followed an impulse to introduce myself to a visiting manager from another department. Turns out she had an opening in her department for someone with exactly my experience, for a job with several elements I had been idly wishing I could find - but didn't think existed. I've been there for two years now and I love it.

New subscriber here! I listened to a CD of yours that is a morning meditation where you fill up your body with light and then make intentions for your day. I loved that. Of course, I’ve heard of you, but never paid much attention because I didn’t think you were spiritual as well. However, your recordings are now helping me at age 66, after having a teaching career for almost 40 years. I used to teach the students to meditate, because they were so stressed about college. I loved it, but I got a toxin overload from which I’m still recovering. Thank you!

I love these guides. Acting on things.......one day we were at the park and some children asked us if they could pet the horses, we said, you can, and we will teach you about horses....if your parents come and say yes, they did, ..so we did. Then we said, well, we better go, it is getting dark, and it is dangerous here. One of the little boys said, you don't have to be afraid, My Dad is here, and he is a Crip and he will protect you. We smiled and said, the horses have to eat, so we need to go anyway. But no gangs ever bothered us after that! AND on the way up the mountain back to the stable, my friend, who is disabled, and rides one of the horses while I lead the others, said, I wish we had money for dinner out, I looked, and right there, on a bush, near the gutter where I was walking, was $20 and SHE loved Colonel Sanders, so it was more than enough for what she wanted for dinner!

I will put these steps to practice. I wrote them in my journal but reinterpreted them as 5 Steps to Do in Morning, as to keep everything more uplifting. I am actually quite surprised that an inspiration on positivity is all what not do... I feel like that goes against the intention... is there a reason for that?

You have to feel all your emotions to truly understand yourself. That includes the negative ones. Question them, learn about them, then you can resolve them. This will set us free. Do not fight it, do not ignore it. It's going to hurt, it's supposed to, this is apart of being human. Do not be afraid. This is why life is not & cannot be all about being positive all the time. It's unrealistic. We will never truly grow or be able to handle stressful situations. It will only make it worse. Any psychologist will tell you this.

Hello I came across your videos because I'm tired of being broke. I grew up poor, had no parents but have been with my husband for 24 years. we have 4 kids and at 38 might have figured out why I'm broke by watching these videos, neither one of our families have any kind of financial freedom at all they all work very hard but no nest for retirement. How do we make sure we leave some type of investment to our kids with nothing saved, is it to late to have any kind of savings? or is there hope?
