There are literally thousands of things to do in Kenya but on this video we are only looking at 5. Please note that these prices are based on research done in January 2021 and are subject to change at anytime.
- Visit a Masai village. I did not find any charges for this activity, however during my research I discovered that people donate to the villages or buy crafts which in turn supports the locals. Masai people are very kind and accommodating to visitors.
- Giraffe Manor- It is not everyday you get to have breakfast with wild giraffes so this place is special. The cheapest room I could find was $605/ £442/ R9133. The giraffes are not captive, they come as they please. So if you are looking for a unique experience, this is for you.
- Nairobi. This is the capital city of kenya and it is very lively. Accommodation will cost you around R350/ $23/ £17 for an AirBnB and the cheapest hotel I could find was around R475/ $31/ £23 per night. Food in Kenya averages around R100/ $9/ £6 depending on where you eat.
- You can't go to Kenya without a Safari trip. Luxury Safari's are very popular options as they provide you incredible options, luxury and a number of safari trips in the Mara. Prices for these differ, however the cheapest I could find was R1900/ $250/ £93 per night.
- Mombasa, coastal Kenya is beautiful and Mombasa is one of the most popular destinations. There are a lot of resorts in coastal Kenya, BnB's and other accommodation options are prices differ vastly. I would suggest you check prices the you are ready to book.
