For sure. I had a very bad gpa because I didn't care about school at all. From middle throughout hs my mother had never seen my reports cards, she wasn't on me about not doing homework and never really cared about how I was doing in school. I eventually dropped because I needed to many credits to graduate so I dropped out and got my GED. Looking back I feel if my mom had showed some kind of support or cared at all I think I would've done better but who really knows. That was 20+ years ago, I now have an 11 year old that has strsight a's. I help her with homework, I encourage her I help motivate her and I support her as much as humanly possible.

I'll never forget watching a week zero or week one game of Louisville playing when Lamar was a freshman. The announcers talked about how the team was only able to run a limited amount of plays because Lamar didn't know but maybe a quarter of the playbook. Unlike with how you think it's a crazy and neat thing, it sticks out to me that he can struggle with the mental aspect of the game. I think this is the main thing that holds him back, along with his streaky passing ability. Playoff time those little things matter all that much more.

@@JamahSassafras-ke6sf He didn't just sign a record breaking deal. He has the Ravens bent over. The next time negotiations come around. 1) He has a no trade clause. When those cap hits get to 70 million, the team will have no choice but to extend him and they will basically be in a cut him and start over or bow down and pay situation. They'd have to start over because the dead money will be astronomical. 2) If they can manage the 70 million dollar cap hits late in the deal, they are also stuck with a clause that says they can not franchise tag him again. So, in year 5 they will either be forced to pay or let him walk with a 3rd round comp pick coming their way the following year.
