In my last video I spoke about how I was doing at that moment. I said that I suffered from an autistic burn out and I shared a couple tips that helped me deal with this.
It seemed a good idea to me to share these tips in a separate video (this one).
So here are 5 tips that help you deal with an autistic burn out. These tips are my foundation. If this foundation is okay, there is a bigger chance I'll recover soon from being really tired.
