"short actionalble cues that address the biggest glaring issues"...YES, so important. I often give advice to friends/family, and they always want me to fix "everything" right away. SLOW IS SMOOTH, SMOOTH is FAST! Great advice as always Danny Broflex!

Thanks for another great video. I'm thinking about signing up for an annual Always Train subscription. I know I have to scale most everything, and I recall you said the workouts include scaled options. Curious if notes around how to pace yourself are also included (not a big deal if not). I'm just looking for a way to add variety to my "at home" CrossFit during COVID.

My question, not sure how to ask it but trying to maintain your breathing and jacking up your HR. Is there a better way to breath and break if needed, then go again. Sorry how I am asking it. I want to become more efficient in a amrap or a chipper type of WOD
