Love the video! Such great tips. They seem so simple but like you said I overlook them so often. Will definitely practice this going forward! Thank you.

That's interesting. I think you're the first one who said waking up an hour or so, early and just burning out that hour won't improve productivity. Amazing tips by the way 🔥❤️ I started writing down tasks (materialising it) and it's helping me get things done

I like your video, but as a girl pursuing an engineering degree, it is really hard to stay productive, especially coming from a family where we have to do most (if not all) the house work. Then there are family plans and events with the community, and some parents think that their children have to attend every single event, and if they do not, it is frowned upon. The boys tend to get away with it when they need or want to, and parents still talk, but it's much heavier on the girls. How can somebody get away from situations like these? How can one get away from these situations? Especially when everybody asks for even personal things (not just the parents) such as a glass of water, barging in to the room for help with something, cleaning up messes that everybody else made collectively, personal massages, etc. And if even one is not done, the whole reputation goes down in a second and lasts for a week or two. All of this happens even when the other party knows that you're working on something. They assume that you're spending all of your time watching tv and playing games, even if you're typing an essay. This is actually a big issue in my productivity, which always made me seem lazy to those surrounding me (teachers, friends, classmates, etc.) I would really appreciate some advice to these types of situations. Especially since they are happening more frequently now (don't ask; I don't know why they feel the need for all this especially now)

If you can, get assistance at your university from the counseling center. Work with a therapist long term on your self esteem and developing boundaries. You may think you don’t have time for this, but if you don’t, the situation will continue to just get worse. And, study away from home. Go to the library, sit in coffee shops, or any place to keep you away from home and all those distractions. And learn to say no, it’s ok to say no, I can’t, I don’t have time, I have to study. Good luck 🙂

> remember credit card numbers to save time > let other tools do the remembering for you Unless you shop at new merchants all the time, doesn't your favorite online shops and browser already have your card number?
@EngineeringwithUtsav

I don't save my credit card numbers online, esp. when half of them don't even know what they are doing with security.

@@EngineeringwithUtsav Hey thanks for commenting - my comment was about you mentioning in the middle of video where you said you remember your cc# to save time, which presumably you use for online shopping, no? And if you use Amazon, they already have your card #, so "remembering" seemed pointless. Sorry if my initial comment didn't make sense.
@EngineeringwithUtsav

@@deersakamoto2167 Yes, you are correct. What I was saying was I don't trust all merchants to have my credit card info saved, so I don't save them. Amazon and a few others are exceptions. So knowing it saves me time :)
