Always such good content, thanks for the tips. I too have been a people pleaser from conditioning and am practicing unlearning. I’m definitely going to apply what you said. Can’t wait to see more content! Keep doing what you doing.

Thank you so much for the feedback. It is hard to unlearn old behaviors but it is so worth it ! More self improvement videos coming soon.

No fr esp our parents coming from an African household it’s really hard to break out of that. Even with the moving video you made it’s like yessss ! Just wanting to break out of my household situation. Looking forward to really being mentally happy bc the rest can figure itself out when you’re mentally healthy.

Yes! Caribbean and African parents can be very hard on their kids. We can get into a whole conversation about why that is but in general as adults it is our responsibility to take our lives in our hands and break free. It may feel uncomfortable but it’s necessary. We have to look at the person in the mirror everyday . Have to make that person proud . Thank you for watching a couple of my videos. Good luck on your journey. Take things step by step until you reach your desired outcome . You got this !

Thanks for subbing! Yes, we have to continue to set boundaries and stay true to who we are and how we want to be treated.
