Hi Amy. Please don't ever think that who you are, or what you do isn't significant or important. You are unique, sweet, beautiful and great fun to watch and listen to. You make me - and I'm sure many other people - smile. Your infectious enthusiasm will inspire other people who might feel a bit lost or undervalued to look for a way to improve their lives, and mood. It's so important to be able to appreciate those things in life that are so often overlooked - the blue sky, the landscape, the fresh air, nature and the company of good people. Keep doing it, keep loving it because you're showing people that there can be hope and fun coming out from the bottom and darkness and into light, love hope, and enjoyment of life.

You're an incredible young lady with a wonderful husband and family and a HUGE extended family right here too! You've earned and truly deserve all the love we can send your way! 💖 - Bob (Toronto Canada)

Love all your video's Amy.....but this one really stands out for its feel good factor of cycling along the country lanes, mixed with the brutal honesty and btavery about the situations you have overcome. You're one helluva human being. Have to say, I am very excited to read your book when it hits the shelves.......and I seriously doubt you have anything to worry about as far as the likelihood of people wanting read it goes. Early in this video you say that one of the reasons you love cycling is to ride new places....so why not come down to the Isle of Wight next May Day bank holiday weekend and ride the annual Isle of Wight Randonnee. It's free to enter, has around 3,000 entries.....and is basically a 65 mile ride around this amazing island I've been lucky enough to call my home for the whole of my 57 years. Thanks for another great video Amy, and enjoy your weekend. 🚴🙂
