#1 Ford will update its app but not sure whats coming in the future #2 Ford is NOT going to make push button start standard since even the new 2024 F150 at 60k still comes with a key #3 The 2025 Maverick is getting Sync 4 standard across the board in every trim level #4 You will not see a flat rear floor or flat under seat storage until the Maverick moves onto a different platform. #5 A roof rack option might be made available for the 2025 model year update

Perhaps you don't have problems in your part of the country with people stealing cars that have the push button start thing. Your key fob transmits a radio signal to your car to open the door and start the engine. That signal has been used a LOT in recent years by crooks all over the country to program fake fobs so they can simply walk up and drive your car away. Having a key start is a very good anti-theft device. If I have a choice, I will take the key every time.

I see your point but would rather have the convenience of keyless entry where I live is fine

Push button - extra cost; many new cars still start with 8" screen and basic software - 2025 will probably have Sync 4 at least on the Lariat - extra cost; more options mean more complexity in suppliers and assembly - extra cost; Ridgeline and Frontier are more expensive mid-size trucks - extra cost. Sounds like you want a larger, more expensive truck. Trade it in on a mid-size hybrid truck - oh yeah, they don't make one.

I don’t think push button would cost that much more, I’ll keep my Mav it’s the right size for me.
