Hi Ajeet, your occupation may be TESOL which is listed in STSOL. So you do not have option to apply 189 visa. About 190 visa offshore, I am afraid there may be no state opening for 190 offshore at the moment. To grab a chance to apply for PR, please come and study in Australia to open a new pathway to PR. Book an appointment with our lawyers and agents for the best pathway for you and your family: www.workvisalawyers.com.au/arrange-an-appointment.html Thanks for watching Chris

@@ajeetdalvi5056 if she has more than 8 years work experience, she might be eligible for South Australia 491. However, she still needs to wait for the next financial year top be open for 491 allocations available. South Australia is now closing 491 nominations for this program year. With a major of English, it can also be counted as TESOl. She'd better take a course in Australia to enjoy more benefit for onshore students. Please book an appointment if you need more detailed advice about what to study for PR: www.workvisalawyers.com.au/arrange-an-appointment.html Thanks Chris

Hi Karolina, There are a few visa types that you may consider: Family visa (if your son is going to get PR in Australia), Business Visa if you are having a good amount of fund to invest in Australia however, with your age of over 45, you may only consider the Significant Investor Visa which invest 5m AUD in Australia. If your son is struggling with PR, please book an appointment with us to guide him the right pathway for Australian PR Thanks for watching Chris

If I accept an employer sponsored visa, will it impact the 190 application? Or can i move to Australia on an employer sponsored visa while the 190 is still under process??

You can apply for postdoc/academic jobs in Australia which will sponsor a temporary work visa. After some time, you may qualify for a 491 or 190 visa through state nomination. You should apply for as many jobs as possible, it's a good experience to go through since the application process in Australia is somewhat different to other countries. Good luck!
