Creatine is true I personally when I first started taking creatine I was taking too much creatine and I didn’t know how much to take and yeah I saw a lot of strength and I felt really great like my muscles baby getting big but as the months went by I definitely started losing hair because what creatine does is it increases the DHT so I recommend a lot of people that you don’t need a loading phase just take the recommended amount of grams of creatine or you can take less depending on how much muscle you have and also when I stopped taking creatine my hair started to come back
