Another Fun Fact - the headlights on the Diablo are from the Nissan 300ZX. Lamborghini installed a horizontal cover on the top of the headlights to block the Nissan logo

Dunno if you had your eyes open when you watched the video but as you can see (with your eyes open) there's a gearbox where the handbrake would usually be located.

A kill switch added from factory? Now that's just lovely. I love kill switchs on retro/vintage sportcars, it's a simple yet cool feature that adds itself nicely to these old cars which are almost deprived of any kind of comfort all for the sake of performance while still keeping a small fancy touch. And it's also a nice little antitheft device which can be quite effective when placed in a hidden spot.

Lots of manual cars have some extra step with the shifter to get it into reverse. In many you push the stick down, and that allows it to slide into the reserve gear. Some you lift up. And others you turn as in this example.

The Porsche 944 has the emergency brake on the same side except they were even smarter. They just made it tight so you only have to click it up a couple notches and it doesn't block you getting in or out

the old lambos make me think of transformers when i was a kid. super cool, i wanted one, got one, but then i’d go to play with it and i’d spend 2 minutes fighting against my friend, and the next 15 minutes we’d be turning them into cars

My 1988 Pontiac Fiero’s emergency brake handle does the same thing!! It’s also on the drivers left side.

To get your handbrake comepletly turned off you also have to reverse and break(which i think the spin assists with that)
