We kept finding we needed a folding table. This is so easy to store. kzitem.infoUgkxStL0QRChBju4aQlnTrRgBZvafFog0KU3 Opening and closing is easy as well. It has a great handle for carrying around the house. Its pretty lightweight and slides around easy. We bought it for our daughter’s first sleepover. Breakfast was a blur - but 12 7-8 year olds fit at the table with room to spare. We used it at thanksgiving and 6 adults fit comfortably on each side plus 2 on either end for a total of 8. Super easy to clean up afterwards as well.

Kids are stupid, always have been and always will be. Some grow out of it, some don't. A way to lock it out is more important in a residential garage frequented by not only your kids, but also neighbors than a professional shop or work site. That said a padlock is a better solution than a dedicated key. Since i do have a "universal key" for those if needed.

This may be the worst tool video I've ever watched. 1. Most table saws say the raise the riving knife when you put on the pawls. You can drop it afterwards. whining it's too high is just ignorance on how to use a table saw. 2. Being upset that a Shopvac fits it an a portable Ryobi vac doesn't simply doesn't make any sense. If t was compatible with the Ryobi vac, then it wouldn't be compatible with a Shopvac. Buy an adapter or make one. 3. You don't have to lower the blade when it's off. Unplug or even put a cover over it. It's not hard. 4. Maybe. It's a portable. 5. Saying it should be battery powered is the dumbest thing on this video. Pay $150 more and buy a cordless then.

I agree with your comments. I do think you should add the inability to build your own jig or sled due to the unusual way Ryobi made the channels. It is also very difficult to be accurate setting a precise angle for the blade unless you want 90 degrees. The Plunge router is even worse.

Battery power is asking a lot of a table saw although I would love to see that. I have the solid base “ non folding” which isn’t super tough but it gets it done. The fence leaves a lot to be desired. Have to check measurements with a tape to make sure it makes a straight cut. When it runs it runs, I have had it run for 20-30 cuts with no breaks with 10 foot 2X4 and no issues. It spits a lot of dust out of the front adjustment, enough that I tape that to make several cuts. Overall for the money it’s a decent saw they just need to gather on the details.

2 things I wish I knew before bought this saw online without closer look.. 1. Blade cover is very thin and non standard : cannot install a zero blade clearance cover. 2. That why say u never use this saw. 2 the angle lever works it’s way loose n difficult to tighten. 3 The riding knife will not aligned with the blade common issues among others I ve read. 4 The guide has a lot of play difficult to line up must use a carpenter s sq. 5 The over quality is very cheap I know its 150 I would def spend the x money to upgrade.
