Repent from our sinful wicked ways and surrender our life’s to him. Jesus Christ. Repent meaning acknowledge and forsake your sins. Know you have sinned and know you are not good in God’s eyes. The first tip I think I picked up by myself just a few days ago. I barely touch my hand to the other guy's head like a post, and his hands almost always go up immediately to clear it. Another thing I've tried along with that is to instead of trying to directly clear posts myself, I'll try moving my head to the side or under his hand, and sometimes there's just a half-second or two that he spends in the air trying to connect that tie.

I really like using the pause fake with my weight shifted on my back foot to very quickly dance around an ankle pick or single leg. Also even when they don’t stand I often get a shove or neck pull which lets me hip toss or shoulder throw in a few ways

im in hs and my new coach TORTURES us with shooting drills and repetitive shooting exercises in practice and ill always thank him for it. even though its hell in the moment, ive taken more shots in my matches so far this year than ive ever taken in my time ive wrestled (7 yrs). defending shots in matches will always tire someone out, no matter how conditioned they are so ive learned to take them over and over, especially in the last periods of matches when my opponents are exhausted. first shot, best shot!

Yes but, I highly recommend working in a ton of drags, not nearly as tiring for anyone except good drags heavily increase potency of shots and throws
