It's ironic that Norway has the highest percentage of electric vehicles (EV), considering a large portion of its economy is based on oil and natural gas from the North Sea. Pittsburgh now has 445 bridges, one collapsed last month.

most of the proceeds of the oil industry go into a Sovereign Fund that protects the nation's wealth. They are only allowed to use a modest amount of that fund's dividends each year, leaving the principle to sit and grow every year. It's quite brilliant really - there's always enough funding for infrastructure and a great social safety net, but the majority of that wealth is untapped, ensuring it is there for the good of all Norwegians for perpetuity. They set it up that way because when they discoverd oil in their territory, they knew it wasn't a huge amount compared to other areas, and that it would one day run out. Having been pretty poor after WW2, they were careful about managing that new found wealth.

It could be a matter of how you define a city, but the same article claims that over 800 of them fall under the jurisdiction of the city of Stockholm.
