Glad it helps. I can say this, if you have a door like mine, you may want to pop the door off and set it to the side. I didn’t show it, but my boom bled off and I couldn’t get in the cab. Then I got in and left it open and it bled off faster than I thought. It then Bent my hinges and I couldn’t close the door or operate the hydraulics. So I had to bypass the door switch. It was a bit of a think fast challenge. Lol…… I got it!!😂

@@riverviewconstruction3279 that sucks man, you could also just leave it running while you added grease to the tracks that way you know it wouldn't lose pressure. hindsight is 20/20 though haha.

True. I was trying to do the video so I needed it quiet but yes, that’s a very good point. Thanks.

we have like 8 JD skids at my work, the biggest downfalls to these machines is the quiktach.. they blow fuses and are very finnicky. our mechanic told us to grease them every 10 hours even if the manual says 50.. we change attachments probably 10+ times a day though between bucket and forks.

If you leave this machine up in this position to long arms will come up and block door then your in trouble. Next time just curl bucket down and Jack up the back. Also your not greasing machine enough. After 8 to 10 hours it wouldn't sweak like that. If you wait to long bushing will get hot and spin then you wont be able to grease because hole in bushing will not align with grease zerk. Good luck with your first service.

Our JD dealer/shop uses 80-90 wt. gear oil here too in S. Texas.
