That engine comes with 1090cfm 4500. I had 1 in k2500 and on airboat. Should have bought the deluxe crate engine

You can disconnect the diaphragm from the back barrels so it won't pull them open over reaching the front barrels to compensate for the lean that is happening from the second barrels is not good second barrels need a metering plate so you can adjust the Jets instead of them stupid metering plates I never was a fan for them

Needs more timing. GM specs for the zz502 are poor. Not enough initial timing, and too slow of a curve. Recurve dist for 20 at idle, 36 at full advance by 27-2800 rpm. And connect vacuum advance to full manifold vacuum for 10-12 degrees. In the hei install a limiter MSD 84281 on position C to start with. You may have to install a 10-32 screw in the advance plate as a mechanical limiter to be able to shorten the centrifugal timing enough. The 850 vacuum secondary, if it doesn’t have a secondary vacuum signal tube, will never work right. Change to a 750 or 850 double pumper and pick up a bunch of performance. It’s a std trans car, and will like it. Or if he wants a vacuum secondary carb a quick fuel 850 vacuum secondary or a 780 would work much better.

I'm confused why you're street testing it when you have a dyno? Seems like unnecessary risk getting in a crash with a customers vehicle. Also don't understand why someone with enough money to build/own a car of this caliber isn't running EFI.
