A pinch salted kelp

1/2 to 1 piece cabbage
4 dried shiitake mushrooms
1 chicken thigh
150g thinly sliced pork loin
100g Kuzukiri (Arrowroot starch noodles)

1L water

A little Yuzu (Japanese citrus) pepper

If you don't have tempura flour, you can use a 1:1 mix of flour and cornstarch.

2 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp sugar
1 and 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 pack Katsuobushi (bonito flakes)

4 leaves cabbage
150g squid
2 servings boiled Chinese noodles
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp Okonomiyaki sauce (Barbecue sauce is also OK.)
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Appropriate amount salt and pepper
[Boiled cabbage with garlic soy sauce]
1/4 cabbage
A little chili pepper cut into strings
*Garlic soy sauce
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp Granular Dashi Mix
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
[Japanese hot dog buns]
230g bread flour
50g flour
90g milk
90g water
30g sugar
4g salt
3g dry yeast
20g butter
Appropriate amount milk for polishing
*Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 12 minutes.
