To be honest, I would love for my own tricks to be revealed. I used to memorise codes to break calculators, and I can tell you the disappointment when I forgot most of them in just a few months. Revealation videos are honestly a documentation of what you have done, and there is no reason to be angry about them. If Shin is a real nice guy he won't mind getting his tricks revealed (or are they) Forgot to add that I myself originally hated revealation videos or people leaking my codes, but yea. If you somehow, forget your tricks, all in one fell swoop, you are gonna hope there were revealation videos out there.

You see so many magicians use CGI or video editing to make you think they are good but Shin Lim is a true sleight of hand genius. He is the real deal! David Copperfield brought "feeling" to magic for the first time and Shim Lim does the same thing. He even gives the greatest Magicians out there the feeling of wonder and amazement that they felt before they learned magic. Finally, a true artist to entertain and amaze us. I love this guy!
@JamesWiseMagic
6 жыл бұрын
Russ Wright Funny enough most magicians dont use CGI and camera tricks. So many non magicians seem to think the majority of magic tricks you see is edited in someway. The truth is the opposite actually. Most magic tricks you see dont have any kind of video editing at all. Of course camera tricks do exist but they are in the vast minority and not used as much as people think.
@russ7868
6 жыл бұрын
Very true. I was referring to people like Chris Angel. I know he is a very capable Magician but as a Magician myself, I understand how people would think camera tricks are used but C.A. does use camera tricks and editing like cuts and angles (and stooges). Watch him pull a woman in half at a park, in front of "spectators" It is obviously a cut. He switches the woman out for one who is actually half of a woman... maybe born that way. There are also others that use CGI to make you think they are performing great tricks. I have been seeing these video's more and more. I know the majority of magicians do not do this. It is just such an insult to magic, and our intelligence, when they do.
@EricLiveMiracles

It's not about the extra aces, it's about how the heck he moves them around without you seeing him do it.

I recently recieved 52 shades of red, and this is so worth the money, and it will shock you once you preform this, You think everybody in the world can figure it out, but nobody can!

Bobywoodwarrior a totally different thing. Shin Lim would probably suck at poker. He's pretty good when it comes to tricks, but he's no Daniel Madison

But he can cheat :D

Bobywoodwarrior No, he can't. You can cheat ONLY if you're dealing cards for someone else. If you try to make any "magic move" during poker, even the stupidest person will notice what you did.

Juan José Fonseca Godoy would probably suck? He's more likely to be able to count cards and use elimination processes to win. Gtfo

NESTOR THEPROTESTOR clearly you have never played poker at a casino. How do I know?, well, I play poker and I'm a magician. You no longer can count cards, since every few hands, the dealer changes decks, so GTFO

I think I know what you did at 00:06:45:800 on the pinky. Sorry for spot the trick and be a pr!ck, but it was a challenge. I couldn't find any other... Still flawless performance.
