Every first Saturday in June, Pitt Meadows has a Day to celebrate itself. Of course, there is a Parade. There were numerous entrants (and gaps) but I was most impressed by the big corporate float. Then the crowd was unimpressed when the parade was interrupted by a real train. The Parade really could have taken less time...
For those desperately seeking the railway connection, this location is Mile 107 of Canadian Pacific's Cascade Sub......
