Was great to see you there yesterday, really loved the run despite that headwind lol and love the video, so happy that you're gonna continue KZitem, keep up the awesome work
Glad that you're sticking around 👍 Really enjoy your content 🙂 especially seeing as you are a similar age and very similar pace to myself (your current 5k times a little quicker). Marathon and 10k are the two events that I am furthest away from doing myself justice in and those are the main distances that I am targeting, starting at Copenhagen Marathon in two weeks. I find the Marathon the hardest distance to crack too but I'm not going to give up with trying to smash one yet. Great to hear your thoughts onnthe new 361 Flame shoes earlier too.

Glad to hear you will carry on with the videos 😊 I'm with you, definitely prefer shorter races. I've done 2 HM and not sure I'd do another and have no interest in running a marathon at all !! Good luck with your 5k training 👍

Flat out = break! Definitely give them a try. They wasn’t faster when I last used them but it was only 2 weeks after Brighton

If you enjoy the shorter faster distances then that is definitely the way to go. As for KZitem and having a full time job, just make videos you enjoy and when you want. Don' t let it become a chore.

Yep onwards and upwards Chris!! Run happy is my motto so yes indeed run what makes you happy!!! I might have asked you this before but do you follow Brodie Sharpe’s Run Smarter podcast and videos?? An Aussie physiotherapist who focuses exclusively on runners and evidence-based guidance, i.e. science!! He is a godsend, sure wish I’d found him sooner!!! Thanks to him in many ways, I’m happily full on training for my first ever 50k fast approaching, and very excited!!! 🙋🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️

Glad you've decided to carry on with the videos, you've been the voice I've needed during the Spring marathon season "...5 & 10k's are more fun" 😂 I've been inspired to incorporate Parkrun in to my Saturday morning runs too. It's hard not to go all out on them though! I'm failing miserably at holding back. Keep up the good work!

Thanks Steven, appreciate it. Re parkrun I found that being a pacer most weeks whether it sub 20,21,22 helps hold me back…plus it’s so rewarding to help others achieve their goals

I'm much slower, but I'm also focusing on the 5k for the rest of the year after this week's half marathon. Everybody can benefit from speed development.
