Honestly I just love the fact that in between his reps he was taking a break where he felt it was way too much and adjusting his shorts! Like that's what actually happens ir. This workout session seems so relatable. Thanks for not making it DAMN PERFECT like the other trainers do, making it seamless like they don't even get tired!

i have been watching for a few days now. im starting to really push my self to get fix and the body I want. I go to the gym 5 days a week. 1 day is just running or joging. but im 14 male 6"1 and 210 but by summer i want abs and a summer body what are the best tip for this. and im not drinking soda. and i feel great. but love the videos

I’m 11 and I’m pretty ripped, I have an insanely hard time doing it once, but I’m pretty strong, and I have advice, if you want to gain some muscle, just do less of the easy or lazy stuff you’re doing and stick more to the harder stuff that requires more muscle. I’m only 11 yrs old and I can already lift up up to 20 thirty pound stones in one “rep” of less than 15 mins. But defiantly stick to watching this KZitem channel. It’s the BEST!

Great exercises but a 5 sec timer at the end of each would’ve been great, hard to look at the screen when your head is especially facing down.

You can’t spot reduce fat. That’s not how fat loss works. Fat is drawn as fuel from random places. The more you draw on it the more it will deplete.(so long as you don’t over fuel on fructose.) how to draw your fat as fuel?(fat adaptivity). Hiit, resistance training, FASTING(intermittently) caloric deficit. High protein moderate high quality fat low fructose diet. 7 to 8 hour sleep.

@@BarbarianBody1 not to be disrespectful any any way shape form. The description states to get your abs to show. Your video shows how to grow them(Muscle stimulus). But you will not get them to show if they’re hiding under layers of subcutaneous fat. And won’t really look all that great if there is a high level of visceral fat under the subcutaneous fat.

Yes, building the muscle will help to get them to become more visible even though someone might not have super low body fat percentage. A calorie deficit to lower body fat percentage will also accentuate this. I mention in every video regarding “belly fat” that a calorie deficit is needed first and foremost. The amount of times I’ve mentioned that in my videos is countless. However, this is a workout video for the muscles of your lower abs and obliques. And building the muscles there will help to get them to show more. Go find something else to cry about. I’m busy creating workouts for 100,000’s of people who actually appreciate and use them to see results.
