I've been looked for an arm workout! I’m hoping this stick to this for 2 weeks. Measuremnt Arm: 30cm Weight: 65.7kg Goal: 28cm and 64kg Day 1: ✅ this one has a little kick to it, my arms were sore from the day before and it really come through today. I usually don’t like arm workout because their so painful but this one was bearable… i guess… Day 2: ✅ wasn’t so bad but I woke up a bit late. Still sore, but going to keep going

Gonna do this 2 times for 14 days Day 1-✅ took a break between each time a little tiered but feels pretty good. My arm is currently at 11/5 inches Day 2-✅ hurts less now Day 3-✅ Day 4-✅ missed but made up for it the next day Day 5-✅did today's one and last day's one together Day 6-✅ Day 7-✅ Day 8-✅ Day 9-✅ Day 10-✅ Day 11-✅ Day12--✅ Day 13-✅ Day 14-✅ okkk so I actually did it more after 14 days I did it for 30 more days I think and the results are okish cuz my arms are now at 11/1 although I've been doing this for a while but it is also only 10 minutes so I guess it's not that bad if there is a huge change I'll update it but if not than just know it probably doesn't work that well .

I want to lose some arm fat. Let's wish I stick to it... Day 1: ✅ hurts too badly and needed to lower my hands quite a time Day 2: ✅ still hurts but able to complete all exercise without dropping my hands even once. Day 3: ✅ completed and it did not hurt 😚 Day 4:❌ Did another abs workout. Day 5:✅ No pain anymore, did without any problem.🎉

Trying to do this for a week and a half or so until I go on holiday, but I'll porbably forget, anyways. Day one: done, hurts. Hurts more than a breakup. Yes. It's also 11P.M and I'm in my room, also my starting measurement: 37cm Day Two: Did it again. (Sorry I forgot to update). I had to pause between workouts because I was dying. Day Three: Did it again, still have to take a few breaks. Day Four: Didn't do it because I went out and I was tired. Day Five: Did it twice and noticed big changed in my arms. Day 6: I stopped taking breaks and it became a bit easier to endur. Day 7: Again, did it and didn't take any breaks. Reflection: After a whole week of chaos and the feeling of my arms falling off, I truly believe they look a lot smaller now. Measurements: 34CM I'll keep doing it but I won't update anymore!

Yes of course! You can do whenever you want! If you’re in a time crunch or feeling a bit sore, you can do this 5min one! If you’re free to do the 15min one, I highly recommend you do the longer one to get the best results ❤️ once again, it’s not about how long the workout is, it’s about consistency! Even a 5 min workout can get the best results if you keep doing it for a month! Best of luck! ❤️🫶🏻
