hi guys ♡ I decided to share my typical morning routine on a gym day! Hope this gives you some inspiration !! ₊ ⊹ This is what I do 3 times a week, sometimes the order is a bit different but it always has these 10 non negotiables (so I feel my best):
1. 6 AM wake up
2. gym
3. unload dishwasher
4. cold shower, get dressed & skincare
5. hydrate (electrolytes, fill water bottle + herbal tea)
6. breakfast
7. make bed
8. 5 minute journal
9. plan out my day
10. coffee/matcha (always 2+ hrs after waking up + finish before 13:00, 8-10 hours before sleep)
