I listen to you while I'm working in my yard, you're so Knowledgeable and I hope have an area cleared to be growing some of these wonderful herbs next spring. I have you in my playlist so I can sit down and watch with a notebook during the winter months, but today I took a break and just watched, love your channel, thank you so much for sharing.

Harvested and dried some chamomile this year from the garden and been wondering what to start doing with it. So far I'd just been drinking the tea but now thanks to you and your beautifully illustrated content, just made the oil! Of course it will take a few weeks before it's ready but I'm super excited. Thank you 💖 sending you lots of love from Latvia 🇱🇻 ❤️

I purchased chamomile from Mountain Rose Herbs and I love it. I made tea and now i wanna make the oil. I have to use your technique to see if my dad is allergic before making him some. Thank you for all your videos.

I have been familiar with chamomilla for 40 years having lived among "traditional" Tuscans and everyone there knows about... chamomilla! It has always been available anywhere tea or coffee is served, going way back to the 70s. I have not ever been that fond of the smell of camomille, but that seems to be changing. Wild Roman chamomilla grows here in the spring and I seem to prefer this scent, I hope that it is similar enough to use, utilizing your methods. Nothing as relaxing as listening to one of your podcasts right before I go to sleep! Thank you Rosalee!

LOvely. Am so looking forward to creating an infused oil and evening ritual to help my kids with return-to-school anxiety. I'm planning on asking them whether they want a hand or foot mini massage. Thanks for the idea and recipe!

👏👏👏 Well presented. The information provided is clear and concise. I also love that you cite completed research and/or medical trials specific to what herb is being discussed in all your podcasts. This is helpful for the curious cats like myself that must complete extensive research before jumping into anything. I'm a newer subscriber and adore your channel. I own your alchemy of herbs book and plan to dive deeper into it, now that I have a stock pile of herbs (particularly chamomile) that I need to find a purpose for thanks to my garden! Keep up the great work, Rosalee and team!!

So many herbal studies quoted seem to be from Iranian researchers in Iran. I can tell by the researchers names. As an Iranian American woman this makes me happy. When I i have been to Iran in the past, ive seen nany herbal medicine shops in many busy streets

You can use grape seed oil. It's a nice light oil. It does tend to go rancid quickly though so I would store in the fridge and use up quickly.

Can someone tell me how to use the Chamomile oil...am only hearing the benefits not how to use it

Hi, I use chamomile infused oil as a face and body oil after a shower. With the remaining residue on my hands, I lightly scrunch it into the ends of my hair. I also use a little bit in foot baths. Chamomile infused oil is also wonderful to incorporate into other products, such as salves and creams. Cheers, Karin Rose

Dried chamomile is fantastic and what I work with most often. You just want to make sure it is freshly dried and smells vibrant. Next week's video about chamomile tea will go into that more deeply.
