Hello Miss Rebecca 👋, Thanks your vidoeo . There are many such proverbs in Turkish. For example, What's wrong with one hand Two hands have a voice. What is meant here is; It is a proverb that states that people cannot do difficult and big jobs alone, but success can be achieved if they get help.

Hello everybody! I remember a time when Rebecca had less than 500k subscribers. And I didn't understand why so few people were learning English with her. And I was waiting for 1 million subscribers. And now I'm glad to see that Rebecca's efforts have been appreciated. There are similar proverbs in Belarus. 1. A similar proberb. 2. Don't work like a horse. 3. A similar proberb. 4. Don't screw yourself up. 5. Chickens should be counted in the fall (autumn). 6. Don't bite off more than you can swallow.

Hello Rebecca. In France "don't burn the candle at both ends" means Don't waste your money "don't count your chickens before they hatched" .In France we say "Ne vend pas la peau de l'ours avant de l'avoir tué. ( Don't sell the bear's skin before you've killed it.) if I understood correctly "don't bite off more than you can chew" . In France we say : il ne faut pas avoir les yeux plus gros que le ventre (one should not have eyes bigger than one's stomach). Thank you for the lesson.
