After trying it out for several days/weeks I came to realize it is actually perfect for WHY I bought it.This is not a workout, the resistance is, eh, it makes a bit of noise, not loud, and it isn’t very stable even with the mat. The mat certainly keeps the bike from sliding but nothing keeps the mat from sliding (if that makes any sense, lol). Mine is place on my hard wood floor. Maybe it would be better with a rug underneath??I sit for long hours for work and wanted something to keep my legs moving. This bike does exactly that! For the price it is amazing, it is compact, easy to use, light weight, keeps track of time, calories etc (not sure how accurate it is) but good little product. I am happy with it.

Would you show all of those? You could make a video and pick out a few machines and show all the different exercises that can be done on them!

Great training tips. My son, daughter and myself love this exercise. We have come to realize the key to really getting great improvement on our squats is to training the hamstrings just as hard as the quads.

Thanks for this. Because of covid and my vulnerable housemate, I've had to workout from home instead of the gym for a year now. With only resistance bands at hand, videos like these are helping me try different workouts that I hadn't considered in the gym due to better equipment.

I did the exact same haircut I had 3 yrs ago I liked it short for 4 WKS, and I couldn wait to have it long again, so I bought extensions, Hanna can put extensions in and it’s wll be long again, soo no worries.MY Hair in my mid back long Iam loving it

Roman benches are great! I use it just to stretch and do hyperextend when lower back is tweaked, but not in sets. Side bends are good too.

8:26 You could improve that exercise by hooking the rear cable to a dip belt worn around your waist and loading the other cable in front of you heavy with a bar just to hold on to and stabilize while you do the movement. I had a similar set up in my home gym and it makes it much easier to isolate the glute muscles.

With the single leg DL you definitely want to make sure your toes are pointed down and hips are not facing out. You will really feel the exercise then. Love your videos, keep them coming!

And you have ppl trying to ban cameras in the gym… this is why I’m thankful that it’s not banned. I get that some don’t want to be in the camera so if I was recording I would just go at times when nobody is there or I would try to edit it where others arent in it… bt I’m happy to have videos like this so I can improve how I’m doing my exercises to actually get results.
