Hey Tomlin, ive been watching your lessons and its quite helpful from beggining. I wanted to ask how can i jam with my friends with guitar and so. Nothing serious, just for fun. In Turkey we dont really listen blues -i do- so is it good to play popular songs with harmonica? Or should i go with this kinda licks and learn how to blues directly? Thanks so much for your afford btw

@TomlinHarmonica

+dhiraj ojha the main thing with draw notes is to make sure that you are not sucking. Instead you need to focus on breathing naturally with a relaxed tongue.

Try counting like this: 1 e & a 2 e & a 3 e & a 4 e & a repeat. Why count like this? Because each part has its own sound. The “&” is always an 1/8 note. “a” is always the little kick that makes swing or shuffle.

Rather than distorting the indicated rhythm pattern, why not simply indicate the pattern you demonstrate?
@TomlinHarmonica
5 жыл бұрын
Hiya, generally shuffle rhythms aren't notated any differently apart from an indication at the top that 1/8th notes are to be played with a shuffle rhythm.

Woe has befallen the unrepentant sinners!!! We’re not exempt either, anyone who does not repent is at the risk of hellfire. REPENT and FOLLOW JESUS!!!! “Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, saith the Lord GOD. Repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin. Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby ye have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will ye die, O house of Israel? For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord GOD: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye.” -THE LORD Ezekiel 18:30-32 KJV “and rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.” - THE LORD Joel 2:13 KJV “and saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” -JOHN THE BAPTIST Matthew 3:2 KJV “From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” -JESUS CHRIST Matthew 4:17 KJV
