@@xman2738 Okay can you stop with your nonsense hate train, because you are clearly braindead. Keto or Low Carb is not for everybody, but some people that have stuff like hypothyroidism actually profit from it, since the body has trouble to handle carbs right and stores them directly into fat cells and never burns them. These people can exercise as much as they want, they won't lose it since the body has a disfunction and they also only could eat 100 calories a day, if it's with carbs the body won't transfer it right and the only solution is to cut the carb intake down. So if you would please like to shut your stupid ass up, because just YOU are so good that you can eat everything and you exercise doesn't mean that others are the same. We all are build different. And there is quite many people on this planet that can't handle carbs that well. For some people low carb isn't working and they need the opposite like high carb instead and others just need to exercise more. All that exists, everyone needs to find their best way and you are clearly not in the position to talk. It's btw impossible to just eat fat and protein the rest of your life. Low carb is just cutting carbs out, but allowing people to still eat potato and everything else, while keto is the hardest thing but no one can keep that up for ever and you are even allowed to have days where you can eat carbs. So no, a strict no carb life isn't good for you and you will get health issues, the other site is NO ONE says you need to do it that strict and it's nearly impossible because you will always come cross carbs in some way.

I believe more people use it to lose weight than anything else, though. When you starve your body of carbs, it uses your stored fat for energy and you can eat pretty much everything you want, as Iong as it doesn't have much carbs, and still lose weight. I know when I did it, I was eating a very high calorie amount and very big portions, but the weight still fell off easily.

I have been on a keto diet since March 3, 2019, and I have lost 9 KGS in just 23 days. it's really an amazing diet. only you need to focus on low carbs food which is difficult but not impossible. If I can do then, I am sure anyone can do.

CATS MANY CATS I Think it is, you keep your blood sugar low and it helps lose weight ( if you need to) but this is a temporary diet. There are phases after where you need to Maintain.

Just made the "pasta" last night. The texture wasn't as hard as theirs- mine was more spongey (like an egg) but tasted like cheese. It wasn't bad but the texture was a bit off. Going to experiment more with it!

Yay!! Please make more Keto-friendly recipes tasty!! And to everyone who doesn’t know Keto is a type of diet where you eat natural fats (bacon fat etc.) but nothing processed like cane sugar or any kind of sugar, just stevia or natural sugars like in fruit. You can also not eat anything with flour whatsoever, just flours like almond flour and coconut flour. Everything you eat is low carb and it’s actually really healthy for you!!!

If you are eating fruit on keto, you are likely not actually on keto. Most fruit is entirely too high in carbs and would prevent most from going into ketosis.

Hunter Kalish listen, it's 100% okay for you to eat carrots on keto. I ate carrots and still lost a bunch of Weight. As long as youre not eating carbs, sugar, and fruit, you are good to go.

I thought when I'm doing keto I'm not allowed to eat carrots and tapioca because carrots are sweet and tapioca is starch. Some of the recipes introduced in this video don't look like keto.

Im doing my keto diet for 2weeks now and this the only diet Im so excited to tackle on. First i have a keto flu coz my body is confused by not not eating rice bread or any rootcrop for my carbo as I switch to other form of food with a very low carb level but after that I can feel and see my body losing weight and Im not always hungry as I always hydrate myself! I loss almost 6 kg in just 2weeks!

Keto is a very strict and regulated diet. I've been doing it for 2 years now with little breaks of a month. No fat has come back ever since. Keto (Ketosis) is a state of your body that will change the way it works. Using the different nutritions you eat into energy. Fat gives you a fuller feeling means you start eating less, also drinking ALOT of water and keep your salt input in check is the only way to succeed!

blvckraikage I'm loosing so much fat on a ketogenic diet. It consists of eating 80% fat 20% protein and 5% carbs. This works great along with intermittent fasting. I never thought I could loose my fat but with keto my fat is melting away. Yeah!

It's Not so much tomatoes as it is the sweet peppers and onions and carrots and not enough fat and way too much protein there's no way that you would be in Ketosis after eating that meal but yes tomatoes do have some fructose in them too but it depends on if they are ripened in the sun or if they were picked green and sit in the refrigerator for three months and then turn red

Matthew Clary but you can still eat tomato’s or peppers. But maybe not together and maybe on a different day. 100g of tomatoes have 3,9 grams of carbs. So if 20 g of carbs are allowed one still could eat them

The one thing I will say is carrots are not a keto food. The starch content takes you out of ketosis. So any vegetable that is starchy is a No No. I am going one year on living the Keto life.

Hello -How ya doing? Nope. No potatoes, beans, yams - almost all vegetables that grow under dirt. These veggies are high in carbs. Even keto dieters can't have fruits like oranges, bananas and apples because of how much carbs and sugars they have - just blackberries and raspberries. I'm a pre-diabetic, and I was told to be on a low-carb and low-sugar diet. Been on keto since late last year, and I feel so much better and lost weight too.

My family made a salad at an even that had corn in it and I picked out as many as possible and sure enough I was thrown out of ketosis immediately after eating the salad. I do know some people that will eat carrots in moderation.

Unused protein gets turned into glycogen in your body, so if you have too much protein (and also not enough fat), it can easily knock you out of ketosis. Sure, that chicken breast doesn't have any carbs, but it's almost pure protein, with almost no fat to turn into beta-hydroxybuterate. You want to aim for high fat, medium protein, low/no carb. More fatty cuts of steak, less carb-heavy veggies. Also, I love the avocado recipes! Avocado is literally the best way to get potassium (a MAJORLY needed electrolyte on keto) into a low-carb diet augmenting it with even more fat is even better. Love em!

lizza more number one tip: *dont do this fad diet*, it might give you *short term* weight loss, but will wreck your health and metabolism in the end. Try a high carb vegan diet, the weight loss will be slow and steady but actually keep off, and is enjoyable and long term. No need to deprive yourself of the fuel your body *needs*

I made the stuffed avocado, noodles and the bread. All of them were good but the bread doesn't have much flavor. Next time I will add fresh chopped herbs and maybe garlic and onion to the bread and more seasoning for a savory one. And possibly berries, stevia or erythritol and fold in a homemade whipped cream for a sweeter low carb version. I think it's a good base for a lot of flavors like ground instant coffee, stevia erythritol and unsweetened cocoa as well.

Carrots, and onions are high in carbs. Tomatoes have carbs. Any type of store brought sauce can have sugar added. So don't forget to check the ingredients on packaging.

J-hope's nose whistle Technically, you don't. Too much sugar and carbs. I suppose you could have a little if it fits your macros for the day. I stay away from them.

Carb counts for entire recipe Recipe 1 - 16 carbs Recipe 2 - 19 carbs Recipe 3 - 29 carbs (entire loaf) Recipe 4 - 5 carbs Recipe 5 - 12 carbs Recipe 6 - 24 carbs They're a little too high imo.

Steve Stadler - if the meals are one serving, I agree. I don't see myself eating the whole bread loaf so I would split the carbs based on the number of slices. I guess that as long as carbs for the day are within 30 - 50 grams per day, you can see if a meal fits or not. Also, different people have different levels of carb sensitivity. Some might be able to eat more carbs without getting out of ketosis.

A year later and I finally see a low carb bread recipe that doesn’t take 15 ingredients, 7 hail marry’s, an eagle feather and 10 avocado husk and you have to stand one foot while making it. I’m half keto rn. That’s just tasty

its basically cheese, egg, and a little almond or coconut flour. Super rich crust but it goes good on anything that would use a pizza crust/pastry dough

I would try half of those recipes - the steak and avocado salad, the two ingredient pasta and the avocado eggs. Those seem easy and doable. I wish they’d specified how long you’re supposed to cook that “pasta” though.

-.- root veggies(Beets, (sweet) potatoes, onions, tomatoes, carrots, etc) typically are high in sugar...can't really have them on keto unless you're limiting them dramatically...might aswell not have them...half an onion def kicks me out of keto if i try to maintain my normal macros or i have to sacrifice something else to have em which would put me under my needed macros ...only time i see them as okay is if you're carbing up...this diet would be simple otherwise..atleast for me this is the case and people i know. but the pasta idea is fantastic never seen that before...def going for that!
