I need to implement the experience-list into my life. I suffer from severe depressive episodes and often I don't see meaning in anything and tend to forget what I like and what would make me happy, so scheduling things in advance on my good days (with friends, so someone holds me accountable) might improve the bad days a little...

How you feel about a last minute speech is how I feel about going to the dentist. I need my primary doctor to prescribe ONE pill to calm my nerves before a dental appointment. If you told me I have to get my teeth cleaned in a half hour, I would either get arrested or put into a psychiatric ward. It’s so bad. I’ve tried to get help. Honestly, this is the most I’ve written about it without feeling sick, so I guess there’s some progress😊

Thats an interesting concept. You normally hear of your comfort zone and your discomfort zone, and how going into your discomfort zone is good for you. However, you don't normally hear about distinguishing your discomfort zone from your panic zone. I never thought it of that way. My discomfort zone is very small because my panic zone is very large lol. The goal could be to raise your discomfort zone without inducing your panic zone.
@averiellevanhorne8072

so I took a gap year abroad in between high school and college and the program I went with had this sort of motto of “live in your stretch zone” that reminded me of your discomfort list. basically your stretch zone is the place in between your comfort zone and your panic zone (and everyone’s stretch zone is different), and they encouraged all of us to live in the stretch zone; if you only ever stay in your comfort zone, you’re always going to remain stagnant, but if you push yourself too far you’ll end up panicking and reversing all of your progress, so only by living in your stretch zone can you grow as a person :)

Omg I started doing a bucket list of small adventures too and it's awesome! For me it's mainly to remember myself to do a break once in a while. It's so fun to check off some things but also it feels like accomplishing stuff? I also have a "places I want to visit" list on the google maps mobile app and try to check places off once in a while, also through messenging friends like "Hey, what are you doing this week, do you wanna...?" and can recommend that to anyone, it's great to get to know other cafes and restaurants and to just get out your comfort zone. I probably should add the point "check off 10 places of my want to visit list" to my bullet journal, just to keep me going, thanks for your video!
