Hi Tharun, I am almost a beginner but know some basics. I was just thinking hard about how to place my exercise routine (as frequently as possible) and giving enough recovery time as well. If you are a beginner then I can give you some tips for getting aesthetic v shape 👍 The best beginner split is push pull leg and the right routine is Monday - chest , triceps , front delts Exercises = triceps dips , close grip bench press , triceps push down , bench press , incline press and front delt raises Tuesday - biceps , lat and lateral delts Exercises = pull ups , chest supported rows or T bar rows , lat pull down , biceps curl , hammer curls , lateral raises , shoulder over head press and shoulder up right rows Wednesday - legs rear delt and abs Exercises = dead lift , leg press , squads , calf raises , leg extension , face pulls , abs crunches and plank Thursday - same as Monday Friday - same as Tuesday Saturday - same as Wednesday For getting v shape look you have focus on pull ups try to do it as much as you can If you have any other questions then let me know 🤘

@@ProteinMealin this video he said that we need to reach muscle failure within 15 reps but will we be able to complete another 15 rep ( after reaching failure once) for 2nd set. He also mentioned that we need to complete 10 sets. We will also have the second muscle to train. Should we do 10 sets combining both the muscles. That is 5 set for one muscle and 5 set for another muscle. And should we do 5 sets for all the exercises we do until failure in each set. I know my doubt is a bit basic and confusing 😅 looking forward to your help.

For me I think bro split and push pull leg are same, yes you are hitting each body parts twice a week but the volume for a week is still the same. For example, 20 sets for chest in a week, for push pull leg you will split that 20 into 2 days, for bro split you do it in one day. So the results will be the same, the volume of sets for week are the same after all. In fact, in history of bodybuilding, 90 percent of body builders followed bro split and all of them have good physics.
