Not just long distance travel, but also a short weekend getaway or even an afternoon hike or walk in nature. Mindful breathing along with reflection also plays a big role in relieving ourselves of stress and anxiety. Coupling these two actions together can significantly improve our mental well being and open ourselves up to gratitude and acceptance which lays the foundation to the pathway for change.
