Kobe tried to get there but the last couple of years his body just fell apart. Kevin Durant might If he wants to play until he’s 40. Again he probably won’t be able to stay healthy that long either. If Shaq had taken better care of himself, he could have been the greatest of all time. But he couldn’t keep his weight in check and the last 3-4 years he was just a shell of his former self.

Lebron is bowlegged or has what we call soccer legs, which is less prone to leg injuries due to stresses concentrated on the fringes of the legs, as opposed to on the base, seen with players with straight legs like AD, KD, Thompson, e.t.c. Players with bowlegs like Lebron, Butler, Lowry, Norman Powell, e.t.c., rarely have major leg injuries and have high center of gravity or difficult to take them down.

Bobby Knight's saying that Michael Jordan was the greatest player he had ever seen does not predict GOAT status. There was/is a great deal that Bobby Knight had not seen or choose to acknowledge. Michael Jordan was indeed a great player but he was fortunate enough to be drafted by a great organization, with championship pedigree on every level e.g., ownership, executive/management, coaches, players. The story line and outcome would be quite different if he was drafted to a low level competence team. For example: if he were playing today and played on a team with the same level of competence as the current Charlotte Hornets, he would not win a single championship even though he would be playing at the same level of skills.

I ACTUALLY PREDICTED THE BULLS 72 WINS AFTER THE GAME WHEN RODMAN MADE LUC LONGLEY JUMP LIKE, 3 TIMES FOR A REBOUND. I told everybody: RODMAN JUST FORCED LUC TO JUMP LIKE A POGO STICK JUST LIKE HE (RODMAN) DOES. And Rodman did it when only he and Luc were on that side of the court. I realized what RODMAN was doing IMMEDIATELY! As it happened, you could hear a PIN DROP. BUT WHEN LUC JUMPED UP THAT LAST TIME, HIS EYES TOTALLY CHANGED TO THAT "EYE OF THE TIGER" WIDE-EYED, BRUCE LEE LOOK, ABD HE BEAT RODMAN TO THAT REBOUND!! Then the crowd SUDDENLY ROARED, and I realized they knew what was up. RODMAN CHOSE A SPOT TO SHOW HE HAD IMPROVED LONGLEY INTO BEING A POGO STICK REBOUNDER. ONCE THE CROWD SAW THAT, I KNEW THEY WOULD HOLD LUC LONGLEY TO THAT STANDARD. I TOLD MY COWORKERS AT ROUGE STEEL IN METRO DETROIT THAT THE BULLS WOULD WIN 72 GAMES.
